About Us: About Dr. Andronaco
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College Dr. Andronaco went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He then completed his Orthopaedic training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey serving as the Administrative Chief Resident during his final year. He has practiced Orthopaedics in Bergen County since 1980.
Although his practice is in General Orthopaedic Surgery he has acquired expertise in hip and knee replacement surgery. This has lead to his acceptance as a Member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, and as a Consultant to Stryker Orthopaedics in the field of joint replacement surgery. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has recently stepped down after eight years as Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at Hackensack University Medical Center where he also served as President of the Medical Staff.
